The federal funding and regulatory landscape is in a state of rapid flux, with changes announced regularly that may impact our ability to manage stormwater and protect water quality. While much is still uncertain, we know that the best way to navigate these changes is to work together. On May 29, the Headwaters to the Ohio Water Network will be hosting a virtual discussion to explore these topics. Guest speakers Ellen Kohler from the Water Center at Penn, and Emma Bast and Patrick McDonnell from PennFuture, will present updates on federal and state funding and regulatory issues surrounding stormwater management and clean water projects. Then we’ll hold an open discussion on how all our organizations and communities are navigating these changes. Audience participation is encouraged, and we look forward to seeing you there!
