The Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC) and the Pennsylvania Department of Community & Economic Development are hosting a free virtual workshop to help Pennsylvania organizations understand and pursue ARC funding. What the session covers
The workshop walks through an overview of ARC and its investment priorities, along with best practices for non-construction projects.
