Municipal Infrastructure Financing Workshop | April 18

The Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Network’s next Municipal Water Infrastructure Financing Workshop is April 18 at the Butler County Community College.  The workshop is designed to empower communities to attract the federal and state funding and tools to enhance public water systems sustainably.  Attendees will learn the secrets to financing resilient water infrastructure and building quality Pennsylvania communities from funders and experts that want to get the funds to your community.
Currently, there are unprecedented allocations for drinking and wastewater plant improvements, stormwater infrastructure, lead service line inventory and replacement, water-based recreational assets, and other sustainable developments.  Please attend and share the invitation to this free networking workshop and lets get to work.
The meeting is co-hosted by the Water Resource Center at the Southwestern Pennsylvania Commission and space is guaranteed for those involved with water infrastructure in Beaver, Butler, Lawrence, and Armstrong Counties.  The Southwestern Pennsylvania Water Network is encouraging all water managers and stewards in the Allegheny and Upper Ohio Basins to attend so we can collectively maximize the amount of federal and state dollars applied to improving our water systems.
You can register and find the agenda through the Eventbrite site.  Please share with your colleagues and others that have an interest in quality water for our region.
