Pittsburgh-based Colcom Foundation, one of the region’s largest environmental funders, reviews grants quarterly. The next full application deadline is August 31, 2026 for its November board meeting.
First-time applicants start with a letter of inquiry, which is accepted on a rolling basis, so groups new to Colcom should submit an LOI soon to be in the running this cycle. Full applications require a recent Form 990, audited financials, and an itemized project budget.
